Strength Training(triceps)

  I will be conscious of living our lives while constantly training our whole body with strength training, flexibility, stretching, practice, and training.
・Dumbbells: With 12.5 kg (x2 = 25.0 kg) in each hand, we did strength training for triceps muscles with an awareness of improving 『muscular endurance』.
  2-3 sets of 25 repetitions (26-27 for left hand)
