Strength Training Before Work
・First Video: Dumbbell Press (One Hand: 35kg)
・Second Video: Fist Push-ups (Focuses on the 『arms’ triceps』 and fists)
My previous max for the dumbbell press was 32.5kg, but this time I managed 35kg, setting a new weight record.
Both equipment-based training (using dumbbells, barbells, etc.) and bodyweight training (using your own body weight as resistance) are important, and I will continue both going forward.
