My methods for refreshing

 My methods for refreshing include 『buying clothes』 and 『moving my body through practice, training, strength exercises, and flexibility/stretching』.
 Persevering and putting effort into things is important. But taking breaks when needed is also vital. I feel it’s important to live consciously balancing both, not just one.
 And if what you ultimately arrive at is 『love.To cherish and grow fond of.』 then that’s truly excellent, I strongly believe.
