  I have several ways to refresh myself. For example, calligraphy, fashion, and reading, but this time I want to share a recipe.

  I made a pound cake with chocolate chips, and since Christmas is approaching, I envisioned red, green, and white. I dusted it with powdered sugar and added strawberries.🎄

  The sweetness of the chocolate chips and sugar paired wonderfully with black tea. 🫖

 I strongly believe that self-improvement isn’t limited to martial arts training and discipline; it’s possible in many different fields.

 I want to keep at it and enhance my abilities.

Tenho várias maneiras de me refrescar. Por exemplo, caligrafia, vestir-me bem ou ler, mas desta vez gostaria de compartilhar uma receita.

Fiz um bolo com gotas de chocolate e, como o Natal está chegando, imaginei as cores vermelho, verde e branco. Polvilhei com açúcar de confeiteiro e adicionei morangos. 🎄

  A combinação de gotas de chocolate, a doçura do açúcar e o chá ficou absolutamente deliciosa.🫖

Acredito firmemente que o aperfeiçoamento pessoal não se limita ao treinamento e à disciplina das artes marciais; o potencial existe em várias áreas.
