Dumbbell Press

・Dumbbell Press: Single-Hand 40.0kg (Both Hands 80.0kg) Record Broken!!
 Previously, my limit was 35kg per hand for 4 reps, but this time I managed 40kg for 5 reps !
 When training the body, I believe it’s important not only to focus on 『techniques』 through martial arts forms, but also to incorporate practice swings with a Japanese sword (real blade) and strength training using dumbbells and bodyweight.
  Currently, I weigh 81kg and stand 180cm tall, but I’m in good shape. Moving forward, I intend to pay attention to maintaining my physique.
  I will harness the inspiration from those around me to enhance my strength (overall capability) and continue improving.
