Indoor two-sword training

Before ading to work (as a social worker), I’d like to share some footage of my indoor two-sword training. I’ve also uploaded two videos, so I’d be happy if you could take a look.
I pay particular attention to two things:
① When practicing empty-swinging with a wooden sword indoors, I focus not just on my upper body but also my lower body (keeping both knees slightly turned outward), lowering my center of gravity and engaging my entire body.
② During strength training, budo and martial arts practice, or training sessions, I ensure balanced development on both sides. (This is especially important for empty-swinging practice.)
Since a Japanese sword (shinken) weighs over 1kg, to get accustomed to that weight, I performed the wooden sword practice swings wearing wristband-type weights (approximately 1kg) on my wrists this time.
Going forward, I will continue to value naturally refining myself, whether indoors or outdoors.
