Training in the Rain and Windy Night

 After work, I ran 3km and walked 3km in the strong rain and wind at night.
  I run when the weather is clear and bright, but running at night in strong rain and wind is also good training.
 I strongly believe it’s crucial to steadily build up training so I can exert my full strength (overall capability) in any condition, not just when the surrounding environment or situation aligns with my ideal or best state.
 Personally, I’m not naturally skilled at things.
Precisely because I’m not naturally skilled,
○『Doing things repeatedly, building volume』
○ 『Being creative and studying』
○ 『Continuing and maintaining that resolve』
  I see putting these three points into action as a lifelong challenge.
