Matcha and Bamboo Shoot Fruit Cake

 This is my first time, but I tried making a 『Matcha and Bamboo Shoot Fruit Cake』 🎂
 This time, I took on the challenge of making a Japanese-style cake using 『matcha』, Japan’s signature tea 💪💪
 I usually keep the sweetness on the lighter side and mainly use white powdered sugar, but this time: ① I used 『matcha chocolate』in the cake mix ,
② and mixed 『matcha powder』into the powdered sugar.
 I also topped it with strawberries and grapes, plus a bamboo shoot-shaped confectionery (Takeno no Sato) 🍓🍇🍄‍🟫
 I focused on balancing the bitterness of the matcha with the sweetness of the chocolate. I was careful with the amounts of powder and chocolate so it wouldn’t turn out too bitter 🍵🍫
 Once I finished making it and actually tasted it, the cake base was thick enough, and the texture turned out 「soft yet chewy」—it was so delicious that even I was surprised 😋🍴
 I’ll definitely make it again 🔥🔥
