Flexibility and stretching/Timing is key

When it comes to physical training, there are a few things I personally prioritize. They are the following three points:
① Flexibility and stretching
② Strength training and running
③ Martial arts and Budo practice and training
 Recently, I’ve posted about points ② and ③, but I believe that point ①—flexibility and stretching—is especially crucial for handling intense physical activity.
『Timing is key』.
I believe that performing flexibility exercises and stretching when your body is warmed up—for example, right after a shower or bath, when your muscles are thoroughly loosened—tends to yield better results.
『A lifelong commitment, practiced every day』.
  I will continue to cherish this and strive for improvement.
