Running/continuation

 Today, under clear skies, I managed to jog (3km), walk (3km), and finish with sprints (3 sets of 60m intervals) at a nearby plaza.
 From my junior high days roughly 20 years ago until now at age 32, I’ve been able to maintain my running regimen and continue training and discipline from Nobeoka.
 Just like at the dojo, I sometimes train outdoors. When practicing in various conditions—whether sunny and hot like today, cold, or rainy—I keep certain mental attitudes in mind. They are:
『Move while thinking, and keep going. Develop comprehensive strength, don’t lose to myself, win!!』
 At first, it was trial and error, and things didn’t always go smoothly. But now, thanks to the people around me, my Okinawan family, and Kai kuniyuki Master , I am able to live and am happy.
 I want to live my life in a way that allows me to continue this happiness, especially alongside Kai Kuniaki Master .
