Yesterday, we celebrated my grandfather’s 93rd birthday with family and relatives.

 This time, my gift to Grandpa was a 『Strawberry Sponge Cake』. It was my first time both decorating and making a strawberry cake, but I’m glad it turned out well.

 Being able to celebrate a family member’s birthday and spend the day together made me feel, once again, that it was 「A happy day that is by no means a given」.

 December begins today. I will strive daily to improve and enhance my overall capabilities.
