Strength training before work

At first, I could only manage one rep. I increased it to three reps, then five… and now I’ve built up the strength to do fifteen reps.

 

While working as a social worker, there are many ways to hone myself—through martial arts and budo  training, discipline, strength training, and more.

 

I intend to continue valuing and pursuing both paths—academic and martial—and balancing them going forward.
