Before work (commuting), I focused on light walking and jogging outdoors, along with lower-body strength training.

While upper body and core training are important, it’s equally vital to focus on strengthening the lower body.
I will continue to diligently work on strength training, running, flexibility, and stretching to increase my range of motion and adapt to various movements.
