Jogging and Walking

 Today, with my job (social worker) off and the weather clear and sunny, I went jogging and walking ✨✨
  I jogged 3.3 km and walked 3.7 km. Though it felt a bit chilly, running in the clear morning air felt incredibly refreshing.
  It reminded me once again that 『no matter your age, training your body and maintaining health is crucial for practicing traditional martial budo and martial arts you love』.
  I also want to cherish the idea of 『lifelong pursuit』 and keep exploring myself  !!
