For dinner tonight, I prepared a meal using vegetables and meat, focusing on a balanced mix of nutrients like protein and vitamins.
In particular, the stir-fried 『Goya(Bitter melon)』—a vegetable synonymous with Okinawa—and the 『Mozzarella cheese and tomato salad』 drizzled with olive oil are two of my personal favorites.
When working out, it’s important not only to challenge your body but also to give it a chance to recover. I believe that 「enjoying meals」 is one way to do that, so I plan to keep cooking and continue improving my culinary skil.
