 “Kukishin-ryu Bojutsu ( Amatsutatara Kukishin-ryu Bojutsu)”/ Tomonari Nakasone

I had the opportunity to study “Kukishin-ryu Bojutsu,” a school of bojutsu, under Master Kuniaki Kai.
“Kukishin-ryu Bojutsu ( Amatsutatara Kukishin-ryu Bojutsu)” consists of two disciplines: Bojutsu and Hanbojutsu. It is a bojutsu school whose techniques are designed to counter an opponent wielding a “sword” in Bojutsu and a “sword or hand-to-hand combat” in Hanbojutsu.
・Bo-jutsu (6-shaku staff: 180 cm)
・Hanbo-jutsu (3-shaku staff: 90 cm)
Furthermore, I believe its offensive and defensive techniques are highly versatile, incorporating a diverse range of elements from multiple disciplines such as swordsmanship, spearmanship, naginata-jutsu, kusarigama-jutsu, and body techniques.
During my training, I had the honor of receiving a certificate of succession as a master of the “Amatsutatara Kukishin-ryu Bojutsu” from Master Kuniyuki Kai. I will continue to enhance my overall abilities and strive for improvement every day.
