My own training and practice methods

 I would like to introduce two of my own training and practicing that I have been doing since 2020, apart from the teachings of  Kai kuniyuki Master.
・The first is a Three feet and Three inches Sword (blade length , roughly 99 centimeters) to pull out the blade
・The second is a sword drawn from the right hip belt.
  The reason for doing these two is to check the overall length of the sword and to balance the left and right sides of the body.
