What’s New

Practice makes perfect

In the past few days, I have been able to post some images and videos of my past and present self. I am 5 feet 11 inches and I weighed 209Ibs (222 Ibs at the highest) when I was in Miyazaki, and now that I live in Okinawa, I have been able to maintain my weight at 178Ibs.
When I am working toward my goals and dreams, I am conscious not only of the difficulties, pain, and sadness, but also of the joy, fun, and enjoyment that I experience as I continue to do things and live my life. This is an important thing that I personally cherish.
I strongly believe that I am able to continue my practice and training thanks to the people around me, my family, and Kai kuniyuki Master. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the people around me who always support me.
I have spent my life with Kai Kuniyuki Master , laughing, crying, and sharing joys with each other, and each memory is a treasure.
I would like to continue to share information about the dojo, training and practice, and the styles I have studied with Kai Kuniyuki Master, little by little.
Thank you for your continued support.
