7/30, I practiced karate kata and walked 2 km and jogged 2 km at a plaza near my home after my social work duties. I have used this place for training and training when I lived in Nobeoka, when I went back home, and even after I came back to Okinawa.
What I am always conscious of is that I am careful to practice and train not only inside the dojo, but also outdoors so that I can move as well as I do indoors.
I believe that it is important to balance weight control, strength training, flexibility, stretching, and running, as well as the forms and techniques of Budo and Bujutsu.
I am grateful for the environment in which I can practice and train, and for the people who support me.
