Since I lived near Kai Kuniyuki Master, I was able to live my life consciously, not only learning, practicing, training, and calligraphy, but also doing all the housework, such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and so on.
Even after returning to Okinawa, I am able to continue doing these things, and especially when it comes to cooking, I am conscious of paying attention to my nutrition on a daily basis.
This time, I would like to share some of the dishes and bento boxes I have made, as well as images from the album I have been keeping, and a cake I made for my grandfather’s birthday when I returned to Okinawa.
I will continue to strive to make the most of what I have learned so far, hoping that it will serve as a way to give back to those who have supported me at work and in my community, as well as to my family who have been there for me.
