Strength training

  When I strength train, I am aware of the entire body: chest, trunk, back, arms, legs, and buttocks.
 In this article, I would like to post some videos and images of strength training for the chest using dumbbells, although this is only a part of the training.
  I hope you will read and see the immature parts.
  The first was done with 30.0kg (x2=60.0kg) dumbbells in each hand to improve 『muscle strength』 and the second was done with 15.0kg (x2=30.0kg) dumbbells to improve 『muscular endurance』respectively.
・For 『Muscle Strength』, we did 4Reps in 2-3 sets
・For 『Muscle Endurance』, we did 25-35Reps in 2-3 sets
 with an awareness of the number of times and sets.
   The purpose of 『Muscle Strength』 is to improve the maximum force that can be exerted at one time (maximum muscle strength). 『Muscular endurance』 is to make it easier to acquire the strength to keep moving for a long time.

  Since my initiation, I have continued to do strength training as I train and practice Budo and martial arts forms and techniques.
  I believe this is important both when practicing alone (e.g., Karatedo, Bojutsu , Iaijutsu , and Kyudo) and when practicing with a partner (e.g., Jujutsu, Jojutsu ,Ken(To)jutsu , and Kusarigamajutsu).
