Think, learn, and keep your body moving

・Unarmed Combat: 『Okinawa Goju-ryu Karatedo (Sanchin)』(1st video)
・Weapons Training: 『Kyudo (rubber bow + 1 kg wristbands on both wrists) (2nd video)
In addition to building muscle, unarmed combat involves practicing 『diaphragmatic breathing』to stimulate the body’s internal systems (e.g., internal organs).
In weapon arts, once you’ve become accustomed to the rubber bow, adapt the practice to suit your needs by 『adjusting the length of the rubber band (shortening it to increase the pulling resistance)』and 『attaching weights to your wrists to improve muscle strength and the quality of your movements.』
I strongly believe that it is important to constantly think, learn, and keep your body moving.
